Professional Development

SAIL consulting provides coaching and professional development, working together with teachers, administrators, and district leaders to set and implement goals in order to provide teachers with the support needed to align their instructional practices with the literacy standards of the Common Core.

Whether it is through classroom demonstrations, modeling, coaching, meetings in a workshop or lecture setting, we work with teachers to be professionally reflective so that they may see themselves as learners who continuously strive to improve their practice. By inspiring a shared vision, our educators take ownership over the process and effective change occurs.
